We all know how to get maori to achieve...lower the standard across the board and give maori preferential treatment. Then give them the opportunity to get 41 NCEA credits for making a cup of tea and opening a packet of bikkies on a a marae. Then when they can't get a job, these "experts" should be held to account because the failure is due to them.
