PRIVATE PROPERTY IS NO LONGER A SAFE INVESTMENT
F M writes > With the Government well underway in implementing "He Puapua" - a more extreme version of the UN's Rights of Indigenous People - with the aim of tribal co-governance fully established by 2040, I am very concerned about NZ's future. Control of water & its infrastructure, our councils and now healthcare are just three examples of where this programme is already underway.
In countries elsewhere in the world, where tribalism has been given such authority and control, the economies and communities have failed. I don't wish to be like many Zimbabweans who naively thought that reason would prevail.
Private property is no longer a safe investment, as proven by Ihumatao and Shelley Bay amongst others, and business investments seem too vulnerable to government & tribal whims.
