WELLINGTON MAYOR 'DISAPPOINTED' IN COMMENTS SUGGESTING HOBSON'S PLEDGE SUPPORTWellington Mayor Andy Foster says he is disappointed Don Brash put words in his mouth stating he supported Hobson's Pledge, and will "consign those comments to the rubbish bin".
