DECADES OF COLLUSION AND DECEIT
R A writes > Do you wonder how we got to the point where in New Zealand we have a 'small' group of neo-elite wanting everything that's not tied down including water?
It was an American writer and philosopher Eric Hoffer who said, “Every great cause begins with a movement, becomes a business, and eventually degenerates into a racket.”
That is what has happened here, gradually, well constructed and planed by successive Labour and National governments under the 'fantasy' of treaty principles and elevating anyone who relates to being Maori above the other 85% of the New Zealand populous.
The question that lurks in the corner is that even if the Treaty of Waitangi provides for racial privilege (it does not), the “Maori” of today are not the Maori of 1840, they are New Zealanders of mixed European-Maori descent who have chosen to identify as Maori, only respecting some ancestors and not others.
Yet in the Maori culture, one is supposed to honour all ancestors equally.
Every week we would hear of another back down by Gov't over anything Maori eg " Ihumatao", another separatist policy, eg "sustaining a Maori world view" whatever that is?
But now it's every day, rights by us lost, another hand in 'our' pocket for a race-based program from 'our' Gov't.
Time to face up to the fact it's not 'our' Gov't!
Maybe it's time to think in a different way, as in if you can't beat them join them.
The Gov't or Maori can't say there is no separatism, a blind man can see there is so maybe we should jump on the bandwagon.
Nothing will ever be enough for the treaty troughers, never, no, not ever!.
We have 2 separate systems in NZ, a health and education system for Maori, another for 'us'
Maori aren't happy with that, they also want to run our education system and now we need a Maori world view in 'our' health system, been hearing a lot about the Maori world view, I'm perplexed at what that actually is?
They have turned the education system into a place where our children are brainwashed into thinking they are evil colonists and must pay for their crimes, this must end!
What's stopping 'us' having charter schools where there is an emphasis on the core subjects that our children need for the future, culture-free. religion-free, administered by a picked/elected group of parents, a school for actually learning.
The treaty troughers would kick up, but, is this possible?
I don't know the answer to this, could a strong smaller Gov't partner push for an education system free of racist propaganda, racial superiority? Could we set up a 'separatist ' system for the rest of us?
Just putting it out there, would we be 'racist?
