HOW CAN WE STOP YOU JACINDA?
How can we stop you, Jacinda? We're falling, falling fast Still brooding over grievances Now long, long past
You're cutting us in pieces Making foes of former friends Dividing where you should unite To serve who knows what ends?
New Zealand now should proudly boast No matter where our birth That all of us are welcome here A paradise on earth
This land should be where cultures show Respect for one another Where we are ALL New Zealanders No one seen as 'other'
But this is now a hollow jest A pipe dream cast aside The drums of change are beating loud Behold the Great Divide
See how our Queen of Conflict Of quarrel and dissent Encourages animosity Our people to fragment
Jacinda and her henchmen Are tearing us apart Alas, I see no kindness left Just coldness in her heart
The harm is happening piecemeal Bit by far-left bit Dividing Kiwi hearts and minds No good will come of it
How can we stop you, Jacinda, Before it's all too late? Before our beautiful country Is only filled with hate? --V D
