TŪHOE ELDERS’ DISPUTE HITS STALEMATEThe Court of Appeal has knocked back an attempt by a group of Ngāi Tūhoe elders to have the Māori Land Court rule on a challenge to an election for the iwi’s post-settlement governance entity.
