THE TIMARU REPORT: LOCAL BODY GOVERNANCE FACES MAJOR SHAKE UPThe Timaru District, as well as the neighbouring Waimate and Mackenzie districts, is facing the biggest shake up in local body governance since the 1980s, and prior to that probably the 19th century.
