$250K TO INVESTIGATE CARBON FARM EFFECTSA Tairāwhiti research group has secured funding of $250,000 to educate and work with Māori who are most likely to be impacted by permanent carbon farming in the region. The group is funded through the Deep South Challenge which is one of the Government’s national science challenges that aim to tackle the country’s biggest science-based issues and provide job opportunities.
