GOVERNMENT TO FINALLY CONSIDER BID FOR MĀORI INTELLECTUAL AND CULTURAL PROPERTY RIGHTSThe Waitangi Tribunal has dealt with more than a thousand claims, most of them to do with land. But in Saturday in Kaikohe the Government will consider one about intellectual property rights. The claim was first lodged in the 1990s but has yet to be resolved by the Government.
