ROTORUA SCHOOL IMPLEMENTS COMPULSORY MĀORI LANGUAGE CLASSESPrime Minister Bill English says he doesn't support compulsory te reo Māori in schools. The PM was in Rotorua today visiting the region including Western Heights Primary School who supports te reo as a compulsory subject. Principal Brent Griffin says, “Our take on it is it's a must, it's an absolute must it's our responsibility as teachers to upskill ourselves to make that happen.” All the teachers at this school undertake basic te reo Māori training, which includes Māori customs. Today, they welcomed Prime Minister Bill English to their school. However, he doesn't support compulsory te reo in schools...... www.maoritelevision.com/news/regional/rotorua-school-implements-compulsory-maori-language-classes

Bill English has been busy...he just endorsed a maori football ( soccer) foundation which discriminates against all europeans, asians, africans, south americans and any other kiwi kids who may need a helping hand. Bill English, representatives from Maori Football NZ and players from the Wellington Phoenix were in attendance during an understated but meaningful ceremony at Wellington College. What a disgrace English is. He may appear to the gullible voters he does not support racist handouts and apartheid....but in reality, he does. He is no better than traitor Key.
