More garbage from the inappropriately named "University". Can anyone define "maori research approaches"? I would call it cultural appropriation as maori had nothing back in the 1700-1800's. This is so fraudulent, yet the media fall over themselves lapping up this nonsense. Here is what maori were doing prior to signing the treaty; -murdering each other in never ending inter tribal warfare - eating each other - enslaving each other -they were so primitive they had no alphabet, no numerical system...and hadn't even thought of the wheel!! -they were wiping out species of birds into extinction....as well as the Moriori -they treated women as baby machines...they had no rights - they did not have any education system, no health system, no democracy, no justice (other than a stoneage revenge system), no idea that Australia was so close, So to even pretend to have a "research approach" is not only a blatant lie and cultural appropriation, but an insult to our history.
